Doctors have a specific time to take calls and the receptionists will advise you on this.
To help you to remember your appointment booked at the surgery we can send you an automatic text message reminder about your appointment. This will only work if we have your correct mobile number on our system. Please check with the surgery that we have your correct mobile number if you do not receive an automatic reminder.
